1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Ahenk app and the ahenk.app website. Using the service means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility: 18+

Ahenk may only be used by people aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate age information when creating an account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and login details. Your account belongs to you alone and cannot be transferred. Report any suspicious access to us.

4. Rules of conduct

The following are prohibited when using the service:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination
• Fake identities, misleading profiles or accounts on behalf of others
• Unsolicited commercial content and fraud
• Sharing illegal, obscene or violent content
• Interfering with the service or using automated access tools

5. Content and licence

The content you share remains yours. To operate the service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it. Content that breaks the rules may be removed.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may be offered through an optional subscription. Payments are processed via the app store; cancellation and refund terms follow the relevant store’s rules.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Outcomes of communication and meetings between users are the parties’ own responsibility; we recommend following our safe-dating guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ahenk cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
